Turkey Burger Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon onion and herb seasoning
- One large egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
- Four whole grain or whole wheat hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together ground turkey, seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs until thoroughly blended.
- Form into four burgers.
- Spray skillet with vegetable oil.
- Cook burgers approximately seven minutes on each side.
- Mix mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning; spread evenly on one side of each bun.
- Place burger on each bun, top with shredded lettuce and enjoy.
Recipe makes four servings.
