Our monthly look at running humor takes off this week with a few funny running cartoons. As runners, we love to laugh at the quirkly things we do. These are simple jokes with some cartoons to make you smile. Running humor allows us to poke fun at our hobby. We need to stop taking our running so seriously.
Patient: It isn't possible that I'm as overweight as you say I am.
Doctor: Maybe you would prefer to look at it in a different way. According to this chart, you're about 10 inches too short.

It is well documented that for every minute that you exercise, you add one minute to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at 50,000 per month.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 40,000 bucks. Haven't lost a pound. Apparently you have to show up.

When an applicant asked if the company had a fitness program, the human resources manager replied, "Oh, our employees don't need one. They are routinely jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, beating around the bush, running down the boss, going around in circles, dragging their feet, dodging responsibility, passing the buck, climbing the ladder, wading through paperwork, pulling strings, throwing their weight around, stretching the truth, bending the rules, stabbing others in their backs and pushing their luck!"
