Perform this at-home workout for optimal core fitness and improved running performance. Matt Tegenkamp, the American record holder for 2 miles (8:07), attributes some of his success to regular core stability workouts. Here is a routine he performs two or three times per week. All you need to do it are a floor and 20 to 30 minutes.
