My Boston Marathon

Contributed By Sandy | Published: Jun 26, 2006

Seventeen years old and dumber than a box of rocks. One day (exactly 7 days before the race) I walked into a training session between two of my teachers. I asked them what they were training for and they replied "Boston". I did not know what they were talking about, but continued to ask them questions. A marathon, huh? I had thought to myself. "Could I run with you". I never had run over 6 miles and was about to embark on a huge journey.
