Staying Motivated

Ok, staying motivated is one of the biggest challenges of any exercise program. How the heck to you do it? You are ready to start an exercise regime and you can't keep up with your goals. You do not know how to continue your healty lifestyle without a little help. One of the biggest issue of any exercise plan it the ability to stay on track and complete the plan. Most people do not do this.
