If you're trying to lose weight and get in better shape, fast-food joints are usually the worst possible places you could stop for a bite to eat. Sometimes though, depending on who you're with, or due to time constraints or location, you don't have any other choices. In this case, when you're forced to eat fast food, make the best possible choices, and you can actually stay on track with your weight loss and fitness goals.
